Hello Rick, I have a couple of those myself. The cable and software is pricey, around $125 or so, but the radio is also keypad programmable. Can be a bit of a PITA as it's time-consuming, but you acquire a new skill and save the $125. Here's the Relm manual in PDF. Read carefully, take your time and let us know how you made out.
