I saw your same post on the RADIO REFERENCE forum and the one thing i did notice between your 780 and V8000 screens was that the 8000 was set to narrow for this repeater and the 780 was set to wide. May not make a difference but it's something.

Anyone in central/midcoast Maine know who owns a repeater operating on 675? I hear it CW ID occasionally but never anything else.
