  1. Unless I don't have the correct software/firmware, there isn't any way to load more channels, or at least I haven't figured it out yet.
  2. WRCY896, I too, can turn them off, in frequency mode, but not in channel mode. On my Baofeng , I can set the ctcss to match the RT76P, and they will communicate with each other, until I turn the Baofeng off, then its back to square one. I was able to get the FM radio to work on both of my RT76P radios. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance WRDR980.
  3. Hello all, so I was able to figure out some of the problems. After finding the comm port on my new computer, I was able to use the Baofeng cable. I was able to change the opening message, but that is about all. Unable to turn off ctcss/dcs codes. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance...WRDR980
  4. So, I again downloaded the setup file, used my baofeng programming cable, attempted to write to radio, does not come up with a password, but it does say to "please link radio". The baofeng cable should work for the RT76P, correct? Or should I order a cable from Retevis? Thanks in advance...Clint
  5. I've purchased two of these radios, do I need to download all five of the firmware/software files from Retevis? If so, which file would I download first, second, etc? Thanks in advance...Clint WRDR980...
