Our radio club has a GMRS repeater that we want to use for emergency communication. We have two members, each an "expert" with FRS/GMRS rules and equipment. The problem is one says that GMRS is Narrow Band while the other says it Wide Band. I need to know which is correct and the Part 95 FCC rules that addresses this issue.
