  1. I specifically asked this question to Midland... this is the response. I haven't tested it yet. It seams odd that channel 19 would hit both the RX and the TX of this repeater. Hi, Enable the repeater channels. Press the menu button. Press CH UP until “rP” is displayed. Press the scan button to select. Press CH UP until “On” is displayed. Press the scan button to save and exit. Change to CH 19 RP. Press CH up until CH 19 RP is displayed. Add the 100 Hz PL code to CH 19 RP Press the menu button. Press CH UP until “Pt” is displayed. Press the scan button to select. Press CH UP until “ct” is displayed. Press the scan button to select. Press CH UP until “12” is displayed. Press the scan button to save and exit. Best,Sara Hello, I am having issues connecting to my local repeater. the settings are as follows.. Repeater Name: Location: Frequency: 462.650 MHz 462.65RX 467.65TX PL of 100.0Hz I have permission for the owner to use this public repeater, but can not get connected. can you walk me through how to do this with the MXT115
  2. Following in case I've missed something. I have a MicroMobile 115 as well. My understanding is the Midland MicroMobiles work on a Narrow Band and we can not program the Receive and Transition as different frequencies, and a lot of repeaters have different tone in and out as you say. I'm hoping I've missed something and I can get mine to work as well.
  3. Thanks ! this will help as I try to hit a local repeater.
  4. New here... If I do a signal test like said above how do I know that I am reaching the repeater? Thanks,
  5. As I'm new to this, I'm not sure what Certification means... from what I've read that refers to FCC certification... I would say I want to stay with what is legal to use right now... might venture off at some point, but not at the moment.
  6. Interesting... I have a midland micromobile 115 that they just sent me with some handhelds to test on trails when overlanding. I've used their handhelds for a while. What would you recommend fo a car mounted system?
  7. Hey, I'm new to this and just learning. Can you explain why the Midland MultiMobile radios wont work? thanks
  8. Hi all, New member here. Jumping in to both CB and MicroMobile GMRS. Looking forward to seeing what is out there in Vermont
