I emailed a repeater owner before my last road trip. He responded within a couple of hours letting me know the repeater would be down during my time in the area. He was finishing up some upgrades and testing, but would let me know when it was back up.

I paid $70 on Feb 17, 2021 and there was no mention anywhere of price reduction. They must be keeping is a secret. -
