Hey, For the life of me I can't seem to get any action on GMRS band. I tried to connect to the Mercer County Repeater, without any luck. I'm very new to GMRS and I think the radio isn't set correctly. Any advise?

Sorry If Im in the wrong forum. Im totally confused as to repeater setting for B Tech radio. I need some help and that would be appreciated.
