    We do, sorry been out of pocket a bit with surgery and yard projects/life. I will do a valley radio test friday and drive around and test with my KG-935G and see what pops up . I'm off Fairview loop so i'll try there first

    I have never had any contact with anyone on Palmer in fact the only one I have ever had traffic on was ER when I was driving there one day

    I saw today there is a new repeater in Willow area in the Nancy Lake region. It doesn't reach wasilla and I only saw it after I drove to Talkeetna today

    Also update there is a new repeater listed in Palmer and one open net in Fairbanks.

    I decided that I am building a 20x20 shop in the spring with power and heat to it. Great time to make a dedicated repeated spot I think for Wasilla/Palmer

    sounds like spring/summer should be good times. Anyone know a shop to help me install my new 50W in my 1997 Dodge Adventure Ram. We are building up a slightly tame overlander and of course GMRS will part of it.

    Finally heard Jeepers today using Channel 20 here locally. Someone got super stuck and broke parts. I didnt jump their traffic but first time hearing something other than school recess or construction crews.

    I tried to drive out there saturday but the freezing drizzle stopped me just past 3 bears. I have the up and down tones so I'll try it again soon or when I have to drive to Ft Richardson again. Meanwhile working from home I have had it on alot. I get someones plumbing and heating company on GMRS channel 3 occasionally on fairview loop

    I feel your pain, Im in Alaska and I would be happy just to get a radio check on mine to make sure it's transmitting and receiving . I get the NOAA weather on it really well

    Reviving this thread, there is a repeater in Chugiak now but does not reach out to the Mat Su because of the mountains. I have had my Wouxun KG935G on since I got it and had nothing.

    I just got my Wouxun KG-935G here in the MatSu Valley and been trying it all night on all freq. No one calling back, NOAAA weather works but other than that nothing. I'm too far away to get the Eagle River repeater and I am not sure I have it dialed in correctly ? Any Alaskans want to help a new guy out
