After changes in the program I click on "save as", "my computer-desktop" then I go to my desktop and that icon shows Internet Explorer, click on it to open, it brings up a box "View Downloads-Internet Explorer" that has two buttons "save" or "open". I can click on either one no file opens. I love your YouTube videos, I have learned a lot, The TIDRADIO review of GM-5R is great, Amazon did not have the two pack listed and the price of the single radio was less than what you quoted.

I have three TIDRADIO HTs, when I use their programming software and save my changes it saves it using Internet Explorer, then it will not open the file when I attempt to retrieve it. Any suggestions?
