I got the bf9 working properly, still having problem with gt3. checked, and I am in frequency mode

It only allows me 3 decimal places, 462.500 and when I try enter that last digit, be 0 or 5, that's when it says cancel

I am having difficulty getting either radio to accept gmrs frequency. When dnter last digit radio says cancel. I am doing programming manually. Any suggestions?
