I am new to the form but have had my GMRS license for a couple of years.Here is my question, can I legally us a simplex repeater with a 50 watt mobile radio? However, I don't believe simplex repeater operation is permitted under automatic control as the definition of a repeater station mentions a requirement for simultaneous retransmission, and only repeater stations are authorized for automatic control. jwilkers 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
