This past weekend I was in the area of Woodstock, Virginia visiting the skyline drive at Shenandoah National Park. While at the hotel just right off I81 interstate, I was able to hear the repeater CW ID on GMRS15R 462.5500MHz. I never heard anyone talking on it. I am not sure which repeater that was. At this point based on GMRS.COM's map I can only guess it was the Front Royal repeater which it seems to be the closest one. I didn't try to reach the repeater since I needed permission. On my way to Woodstock I passed thru Charlottesville,VA but never heard that repeater's ID.

I have a home not to far from there. Not many repeaters ID... but the few I am aware of are for REACT emergency response teams, only.

Many owners seems okay with people using their repeater as long as you ask... but the REACT systems are off limits to non-members. Even members only use them during drills and actual emergencies.

...Does anyone knows if there is a way to make the licensee's address private on the FCC data base...

I cannot answer definitely. However, I would seriously doubt it. I believe part of the "price" associated  with the privilage of having a radio license is having the license holder's information publicly available. Of course, people do use P.O. Boxes and business addresses rather than their home address. So, some level of anonymity is possible.

As for as I know there is not. the best option would be to use a PO box. All of my FCC searches go to my PO box, No physical address has ever been listed.
