Digital on 462.675 in Eastern Ohio?

I was traveling on route 11 in Ohio this week and heard digital on 462.675, GMRS channel 20. Anyone have any idea what that was? It was hearing it from Warren to Cortland, and even into Rock Creek. I'm not from that area, so I'm not familiar with any usual GMRS activity there.
