GMRS endorsement to other countries

Hi. 

I found out about GMRS 3 days ago on YouTube (Sept 20, 2022)  so you could say that I'm a certified newbie. I am a resident of the Philippines and I understand that GMRS is only available in US, Canada, and a very small number of foreign countries. I became a HAM so I could talk to my family in case of Natural Disasters, when we go on hiking, or when we are on a convoy. Long story short, they don't have time to take the licensure exams.

I want to know if there is a way to endorse GMRS to the Philippine government. If there is, can you show me a link or a guide to how I can do it?

It appears that the entire range between 415 and 472 MHz is already used for Maritime Mobile.

I found the same page, #9 and the last question are probably most to the point of getting something unlicensed like cb available again, and what's available semi readily now  without the need for a test..it looks like S.R.R.S is similar to what the US has as FRS..

This is what I read:

If you are a licensed amateur in the Philippines, you can use these frequencies legally.

• 144–146 MHz (all classes)
• 420–450 MHz (Class A,B, C)

In many countries Hams are limited to 430 to 440. I think some of the older Ham gear in the US had the same limitation. In fact checking some of the recent Chinese radios, where you select the “mode”, you’ll see different ranges for VHF and UHF.
