i don't have cable to programming, so i have to do manually.

if anyone knows vid link  or pdf or doc for the setting of this radio, thank you very much.

i was thinking to do reset.

I've looked and don't see much other than a couple of YouTube videos. You can try the tidradio bluetooth programmer.
