Sorting the licensee data base by categories other than States (i.e. towns in a state, etc.)

I liked the site's capability of listing license holders by state, but it would be nice to be able to sort within a state by county or town. I was scanning the Florida database the other day and  after some quick math realized there are over 12,000 licensees there. As I am planning to move back to Florida it would be nice to see who is in my area.

you can do that search on the fcc website ULS.

Oh, I did not realize the FCC database can sort by City.

I have a link somewhere that provides that information by City from another source, but since you can do it on the official FCC site, I won't go to the bother of trying to find it now.

It can do lookups by zip code, city, state, FRN, name, and a lot of other criteria.
