625 Bronx GMRS Repeater To our repeater community,

625 Bronx GMRS Repeater
To our repeater community,
We are writing to inform you of a necessary change to the access procedures for the 625 Bronx GMRS Repeater. For some time, we have experienced issues with unauthorized transmissions, which has forced us to change the PL tone multiple times. We agree that this is not a sustainable or fair solution for our valued members.
To resolve this issue  and ensure a reliable, secure channel for licensed users, we are moving to a verified access system.
Moving forward, all users must submit a copy of their FCC-issued GMRS callsign and a form of identification. Once your information is verified, you will be given the current PL tone. This will allow us to maintain a stable tone, preventing further disruptions from unauthorized users.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are confident this change will significantly improve the quality and reliability of the repeater for everyone.
Thank you for your understanding.

Members please have your Motorola ready to program a MDC code that will be given to you to access the Repeater a Motorola or radio with any MDC capability will be required to access the Repeater moving forward

And to the one person that keeps jamming the Repeater,  we know who you are and you have been reported if you think that the FCC does not enforce what you doing. You have another thing coming to you good luck I’ve given you several opportunities to stop,,
