My reading - and I am neither doctor nor lawyer, and this does not constitute medical or legal advice, or the practice of medicine or law - of the FCC rules leads me to believe that only the exciter is the regulated component, so long as the rest of the mess doesn't cause it to radiate beyond your permissions. So I guess have one more vote for no problemo so long as you keep it on channels 15-22, and especially keep it out of the interstitials.1 point
