Oh my word! That did it. I can't believe I neglected to try that. I think because the app handled the pairing directly, without my needing to do it manually in the Bluetooth settings, it didn't even register. Thanks!

Yes, via webform, as I don't see a way to, you know, speak with a human directly.

Edit: Thanks for the tip! If you need to re-pair the Pro to your phone, be sure to "forget device" in your BT settings.
