I programed the BTech-50v2 radio with chirp and the offset on the radio is not staying programmed from the software when I upload it to the radio am I doing something wrong ???

Yeah I have a cb but still looking in to getting a set up in my truck for Gmrs not sure what to get as far a antenna?

I’m in Illinois on my ht listening im on I 39 at exit 72 sitting in my big truck loving it I am new to Gmrs and trying to learn as much as I can I just need to have the time to talk to people and get advice from them and maybe meet up with them and have them show me I learn better hands on than reading a book be safe

I’m new to this gmrs thing I’ll be also using my gmrs ht in the truck when I’m on the road trucking it 10-4 thanks to the ones who helped out

Ok the off set was not in right so I fixed it I put the rxctc and the txctc same number in both and it’s working now thank you hitting repeater 30miles away

Ok so do I need to put that number in TXctc and RXctc ont the radio or just one of them ? If it’s done right will hear something or no?

Ok I’m lost on this what is pl mean And how do I put it in the radio I’m trying to learn how to program it in to the radio not from the computer need help please and trying to add channel in radio

Yeah I seen that but I don’t know what to do I might send it back and have them fix it I ont have a laptop in the truck and I don’t know how to put all those channels back thanks for the reply

Well I got my new radio and messed up and deleted all the channels except for the 1st 30 now I don’t have the ones that was on there I have the kg-uv9gx

I’m new to gmrs and I just wanted to say hi hopefully we can chat sometime on the radio I’m in Ohio I don’t know to much about what I’m doing so I’m learning on the fly I’m a truck driver I run mostly in the Midwest states
