I’ve been searching for a couple of days now and thought maybe someone on this forum could help me out.
I have a raspberry pi 3 loaded up with GMRSlives sd rom, connected to that I have a SHARI piHat. Everything seems to load up fine and I even went in and set my frequency on the SA818-GMRS file. My question is that when I key up on my radio, the PTT lights up on the SHARI and about a second later it goes out as if I let go of the PTT button on my radio, making it impossible to connect to any nodes… am I setting up something wrong here? I cannot figure this out and the documentation is so sparse about it.
I’ve tried on a UV-9G and my Anytone 878.
Im new to all this so I’m just trying to wrap my head around it.
