I got a 2 pack of these H3's and both do the same behavior. When I am scanning on channel A, channel B cannot receive. Like wise, if I am scanning on channel B, channel A cannot receive. I can't find any info about this of whether this is intended or not. Only other gmrs HT radio i own is a talkpod A36 plus and it can receive while scanning on the other channel. Seems like the H3 dumbs down to a single channel radio while scanning on one of the channels. Anybody else experience this?
