    The Software unfortunately wont let me select the com port unless the radio is on. but i cant place the radio in update mode unless its off...its horrible cycle....I see many videos where this isnt an issue and its frustrating that im not having the same flawless experience.

    Hi All, I've been trying to update the firmware on my H3 but I feel like I'm doing something wrong. When I hold the PTT and turn on the radio it will not go into its update mode. Is anyone else experiencing this? I've tried this on 2 separate radios. Another thing I've notice is my com port will not stay on unless the radio is on. Not sure how to solve this. also using my USB-C cable.
