    yes, I typed the tx and rx given frequencies in which were +5

    I'm having a bit of trouble hitting a repeater after programing the 778. My wife has the radio in her car and our testing only went a couple miles as if we were only connected SLIMPEX. I used the DCS tones that the tower repeater owner specified (AZ GMRS Club). One clarification...Encode = TX and Decode = RX ? Thanks for any help. Dan
