Link it up! Chevron Deference is dead, three letter agencies have ZERO power anymore to interpret law, they must go by the letter of the law. Tell the FCC to show you where CONGRESS stated a GMRS system can't be linked. -
With the SCOTUS overturning Chevron Deference, I wonder how this will play out now? The three letter agencies now have to go by the exact letter of the law and nothing is open to their agency interpretation anymore. Looks like the FCC might have been neutered now.
