Hello all! I'm new to the 2 way radio world so I'm still learning.
I own two Retevis HA1Gs and one Baofeng UV-5G Plus. When I transmit from Baofeng to Retevis there is an obnoxiously loud squelch tail at the end. When I transmit from Retevis to Baofeng there is a very small squelch tail, and when I transmit from Retevis to Retevis there is nearly zero squelch tail. I turned the STE setting "on" on the Baofeng and that didn't make a difference.
Is this a settings issue that I'm having or something else?
