I re-tried chirp, and followed the directions. It says to use Radioddity UV-5G. I did that and followed the directions, but I got the error message below.

When I try to add the tones, it doesn't retain them. I followed the directions in the manual, but it won't hold the tones. And CHIRP doesn't have the model to select.

I am a newbie GMRS user. I have the Baofeng UV-5G pro. I can't seem to get it to work on the repeater channel. When I try to use CHIRP, this model doesn't come up as an option. Can I only set it up on frequency mode? Or can I use channel mode? When I try to program in the transmit code on channel mode, it doesn't save. I'd appreciate any help I can get! Thanks!
