During the recent offroad exp, i picked up a Rugged Radio RDM-DB. It is programmed with all GMRS channels. I have requested access to private repeaters in my area and i am given the Input of XX1 and Output DPL XX5. When i go to program the radio the only options are DCS and RxDCS. Those inputs are 2 digits-23. Do i put in the 3 digit DPL or use the chart that crosses the XX5 and XX1 to a 2 digit? I have been testing all the repeaters and get no response, but i can hear someone chatting on 16RPTR (in Spanish) so i am not sure it is working. i am located in Southern California, Inland Area.
