Apologies I was running on 2 hours sleep, It is a RETEVIS RA87 for GMRS frequencies using CHIRP. I was trying to program channel 8 for 462.6875 Simplex and PL tone 2B.
It is one of eight channels (Channels 1-8) including three repeaters our EMCOM group uses.
in the snap shot only channels 4-8 modified. We standardized our channels some time back and trying to get this one to match. The other seven channels took their programming and operate just fine.
Our standard config is first three set up for the GMRS repeaters and the rest our simplex frequencies.

Update Just checked all channel in both Band A and B channels 8 through 14 beep and refuse to transmit. I have only touched channels 1-8, the rest are factory default.
