I got into dealer mode (as far as I know; there is no indication in the program), but am still unable to enter a freq below 450.000. When I type say, 446.000, it still automatically changes it to 450.000. I did also try CE27WIN /m, and then entered the password: ansho-bango. This put the repeater in "Manufacture Mode". But I still was unable to enter a freq < 450.000. Is there anything I can do? Change out a resistor or something?

Our clinic has dropped its GMRS handhelds, so now we have a VXR-7000 sitting around. Is there a way to make the VXR-7000 use a ham frequency instead of the GMRS frequencies? When I try to create a channel with a frequency lower than 450.000 it reverts back to 450.000. I don't want to just throw this repeater out... Thanks. Don, KK7EV.
