Nothing. The same with a few others. I have sent messages to use their repeaters, but no one gets back to me. I don't understand why.

When a repeater says Free, members only, but has the input and output tones unlisted, how can a person access this repeater? I tried clicking the owner, but no way to contact. Any help is appreciated. I attached a photo of a repeater .
