Thanks for your input. Hoping someone can provide something a little more useful in answering my question.

Hoping for some assistance in programming my GM30 Plus... I connect to the computer. Radio is ON. When I click "Read radio" I get a message that says "Failure". I'm using the correct Comport. If I try another Comport I get something in Chinese that I assume means Failure. Connection between radio and programming cable is good (as far as I can tell). Radio Info: Radio: 100 Firmware: Ver 0.06 Hardware: Ver 1.30 Not sure if there is some update to radio that might help? Thanks to anyone who might have some solutions!
