Hello I'm new to this so please be patient with me. Anyways user name Anubis call sign WSLQ868 I'm a new GMRS user so I am trying to learn the rules and don't mess up. Do you say your call sign before you talk and then again after I'm done . just so i get something right for my first time doing this.
