Got this great Kenwood TK-8160K a couple weeks ago. Seems like a decent set up. Does anybody else have any experience with this one? Praises or concerns?

It came with a mic! got a programming cable off amazon for around $18 or so. All in all I spent about $43 for the whole rig.
