NEW TO GMRS

I am a military vet with some experience on operating a radio, but am in need of help on  being able to setup on my baofeng to access and be heard on a repeater.

if there is anyone who could assist me on this it would be highly appreciated.

Hey, so. I'm not 100% when it comes to baofengs but I'm gonna do my best.

First, are you face programing or computer programing. Computer programing is easier however it requires access to a computer, software, and cable.
