Antenna recommendations

Good Morning,

I picked up a Btech GMRS 50x1 for a base station I cant put up a tower looking for an eve mount compatible antenna and cable recommendations! also a mount! 

 

Any info is appreciated

Antenna    (don't get obsessed with gain claims)  The most important factor that will effect performance is how high the antenna is get it as high as you can!!!!!!!!
