Can't program my Retevis RA25

As it said I can't program my RA25. Have the programming cable. Can make changes but can't get the offset for the repeater. Help Please.

In Channels 23 through 30, you should not be able to make changes for the Frequencies; as they are pre-established for GMRS.

Honestly, this seems to be the biggest difference between the day-to-day 440 use of Ham vs. GMRS radios:

Pre-Fixed channel settings with limited flexibility vs. "whatever" menus

I fell into the same "trap" and frustration on my first attempt to program a GMRS HT - if you want to change parameters, you need to select a DIY channel whereas on Ham HTs: Every memory slot is DIY

Thanks for the help . Boy do I fell dumb. One day I'll learn to read the whole thing. Get it working. Thanks again for the help.   George
