IMPORTANT NOTICE: We record SIMPLEX frequencies and have 2 vehicles that are equipped with RF tracking equipment (KRAKENS-SDR). If you are found disrupting the frequency, jamming, playing music or movie clips you will be subject to a Lawsuit from the Club for no less than $50,000 in a Superior Court. We wish not to do such a thing, but we have taken people to court already with all the evidence to win the lawsuits. Address and recordings are files daily complaints with the FCC. If you wish to be disruptive, PLEASE just leave the Club or don't bother joining and leave us alone. There are plenty of repeaters out there that are free, and the owners don't care what you do on their system. We wish to maintain and keep the Club and Repeaters Family Morals and continue to keep it Family Oriented, so Families out there have a system they can use to communicate. 

In order to gain access to The Mesa Crest Repeater you must be a member of The Mesa Crest Repeater Club. Make sure you have also done a Repeater Request, that is the only way I can get your information to send you the Club Tones. 

Estimated Coverage. The High Desert, San Bernardino, Riverside, LA county and parts of San Diego. Keep in mind that obstructions can limit the repeaters capabilities. Please keep the tones confidential.

This is a Family Oriented Repeater.

If more than 1 family member is using the same call sign, please issue identifiers for those family members for example (call sign unit 2, call sign unit 3 etc...) this will help Mesa Control identify authorized users. The repeater is monitored 24/7.

Club Tones are Confidential:

Sharing the access tones to this repeater is not allowed or tolerated and may result in a fine for unauthorized access. Complaints for prohibited context may be reported to WRVL221@GMAIL.COM.

Any UNAUTHORIZED use of the repeater is PROHIBITED. You MUST join the club to gain access to THE MESA CREST REPEATER.

Once permission is given, you are more than welcomed to use the repeater to communicate among your family and the community. If anyone in YOUR FAMILY is going to use the same call sign, please issue an IDENTIFIER for that family member. (EXAMPLE: CALL SIGN, UNIT 2) ETC...

THIS REPEATER MAY BE MONITORED AND OR RECORDED, BY THIS ADMINISTRATOR OR OTHER ASSOCIATE ADMINISTRATORS. THE USE OF A FUNNY MIC, OR ANY NOISE MAKING DEVISES ARE PROHIBITED ON THIS REPEATER. THE FCC RULES AND GUIDELINES WILL BE ENFORCED.

LEGAL NOTICE:

By REQUESTING PERMISSION to join the club, you AGREE to the terms and conditions set forth by the administrator. Any legal cost will be the sole responsibility of the Club Member. This will include but is not limited to legal fees, court fees, attorney fees, and any other fees incurred to defend The Mesa Crest Repeater Club. Fines, of up to $500.00, not including additional legal fees, may be issued by THE ADMINISTRATOR, if a violation of the repeater terms and conditions or FCC rules are broken. It is the responsibility of the subscriber requesting repeater permission to ensure any/all family members using the repeater understand and comply with the terms and conditions. Major violations may be directed to the FCC. By accepting these terms if you are found disturbing the repeater in a manner it wasn't intended for, you will be subject to a $50,000 lawsuit that by accepting this agreement you agree to pay if you are found jamming, playing music or anything in which disrupts daily operation of the repeaters. These terms and agreement will still hold the terms even if you leave the Club as you have confidential tones in your possession.
