I've been noticing lately that I have been feeling depressed with things that have happened to me. I haven't been on the Amateur Radio at all, not since some dear friends and family have passed. As far as reading forums, I often jump the gun quite a bit with posting comments before actually reading and under the entire original post. I can't say that I'm the only one on the majority of topic relating to the FCC's Rules and Regulation. Throughout my life, I've always had trouble with concentrating on various things and sometimes I don't know what I really want to do. I've sought counseling, which has helped a little, but like I say attention span isn't what I would like to be.  

So, If I sound off topic, please be patient, even though the majority of you are.
