  1. So sent the repeater back to seller he’s gonna run some test and see if it’s fixable. If not we are trading for a icom 4000 so we will see. Thanks everybody for the help! It’s very much appreciated.
  2. Yes it’s working I did 16 channels then erased all and went to 1 channel there was only 1 on the repeater
  3. Yeah that’s probably the next step. I’ve already contacted him about it and he said it worked when he pulled it so we will see
  4. Nope got nothing. This is wild
  5. Hang on I’ll try that! I actually thought of doing that was just to chicken lol
  6. All looks the same to me.
  7. Only wrong. Can’t hit it on the right frequency. No rx or tx only on that 440
  8. This is my radio picking up the tone from my repeater on 440 how is this possible? IMG_2438.mov
  9. Rx is 467.6750 TX is 462.6750
  10. Does everything there look ok?
  11. Positive like I said when I write to the computer from radio it’s showing 462.675 467.675. Repeater light is on.
  12. Well when I write it then read it back to the pc it’s giving me my frequencies. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?
  13. So this is strange repeater is programmed to 462.675 I have a handheld that can scan for frequencies when I key up repeater it’s showing 440.002 I type that into radio with 77 pl and I hit the repeater and get a clear tone. What could be causing that?
  14. Yeah that’s the problem no local shops lol
  15. What I’m trying to say is when I put it in base and key the mic it just beeps. No light. When in repeat mode it keys up but no receive on handheld or base station. Shouldn't it key up on base?
  16. When I try to key up in base it just beeps at me. If I key up in repeat the tx light comes on? this is with the hand mic
  17. I changed it when I used his file. Left everything the same but the frequencies. I of course changed the pl in the handheld to match
  18. Crap ok. The guy I bought this from said it came from a working site and it was tested before sent to me. I’m not sure what is wrong with it. Not really any place to take it around me to have it looked at.
  19. Ok so I did that test got nothing to repeater but it did key up another handheld for about .5 secs long enough to let me know it hit it.
  20. Only thing I changed on the software was my input and output on number 1. Double checked handheld to make sure it was programmed right and tried a few different radios nothing seems to be getting in
  21. My busy light is staying on. The squelch is turned all the way up. Is that normal? if I turn the repeater off and back on it goes away.
  22. Could it possibly be bad coax jumpers to my duplexer?
  23. Tried with your software repeater still isn’t keying up at all. Any ideas?
