      Good morning,

As you already may know, We are a Radio Club and have private tones for our members.

We do open the repeater up on most holidays for everyone to enjoy and test to see if they have good reach to the repeater. We will be going to Holiday tones for the weekend of President's Day this month. The tones for that weekend will be the GMRS travel tones of 141.3 both in and out.

Let me know if you are able to get out during that time. I will keep your request on hold until further notice from you.

      Thank you,

      Have a great day.

Last November I applied and paid the $35.00 fee and received confirmation that the membership fee was accepted and also received an email from Devin welcoming me to the club.  Unfortunately I have not received any communication from the president of the club including the rx and TX codes

It would be most appreciated if I could receive the codes or a refund of the membership fee.

Do a Search for the tones. Sit Close to the base of the repeater tower, search both Dcs and Ctcss, and be patient.

      Good morning Danny.

Please send this request to my email WRUW923@GMAIL

I will look into it. Please also send me your MCR number that would have been sent to you once paid by our club president confirming payment and club request.

I did a quick search this morning and did not find you in the system as member nor as requested access.

I can guide you on the MyGmrs.com site to see where your request may be.

      Thank you.

Earlier this week upon paying the membership fee,  I became a new member.  Unfortunately I have not yet received the receiver and transmit codes needed to communicate with the members and attend the net.  It would be greatly appreciated if someone could get in touch with me and provide the needed information.

Good morning sir. Was this taken care of or are you still in need of tones? Please email me directly at WRUW923@GMAIL.COM Thank you

  4. Yes, it definitely will. I had lost the link to the site I use to create these maps and finally found it. Unfortunately, it doesn't show its true path as we all know it reaches far beyond what is shown on the map. But that's why we call them estimated coverages.
  5. I Programed in the club tones in my Wouxun UV9GX and found I had great connection to the Through the west repeater. Amazing coverage or this region and great support for outdoor activities near Bailey Cayon Sierra Madre. I’m unable to hit The Mesa Crest Repeater here as I’m to close to the mountains, making for a shadow on coverage. It will be very useful for venturing outside the this neighborhood. Thanks again for the welcome.

  6. Yes Sir, The Mesa Crest Repeater Club Here, after a year of monitoring and listening to other repeaters (not saying there isn't any other good repeaters out there) the stuff being broadcasted was not something I wanted to have my wife and kids to be subject to. So, we created this Club. A Club that abides by the FCC rules and keeps everything PG for the kids and our wife's to be comfortable enough to also enjoy the hobby and as you stated be able to use GMRS as it was intended. We are not here to tell anyone what to do with their equipment or push anyone out but to share the airways as stated in the FCC rules. We are 100% Family Oriented and we will do everything in our power to keep our repeaters that way. On our repeater request it even lets anyone wanting to join that we are a Family Oriented Repeater Club. I have to say we have a great Club, Members are very respectful and love that there is finally a repeater based on Family Values. Hope you have a great day. The Mesa Crest Repeater Club
  7. Unfortunately, the gentlemen isn't willing to hold a conversation but much rather turn to hate and violence. Very unfortunate but I guess it's the world we live in now.
  8. This post is to clarify all the MISS INFORMATION being put out there by the 700 Verdugo Repeater owner. As everyone knows by now our Club has also put up a repeater on 700 on Santiago Peak. We did send an email to the Verdugo repeater owner. He has completely flipped what the email said which will be provided at the end of this draft. The Verdugo repeater owner has made death threats over the air and where recorded and will be turned over to the authorities. The individual claims we sent a cease-and-desist letter which never happened. He also claims we pushed out the Spanish speaking repeater on the other frequency we have a repeater on. I am happy to inform you they are still there. We are not here to push anyone out or take over a frequency, as these GMRS repeater pairs are to be shared per FCC rules. No one owns these GMRS frequencies and drawing claim to them is just ridicules. We are a Club and we do adhere to all FCC rules. Image of the email sent below
