YAY, turning the volume to 1/2 worked.......Thank you all...... My standard F8HP requires full volume and that is what I kept trying. Now if I fan figure out how to update the firmware....

What am I doing wrong? I am using the latest Chirp and the PC03 cable and it does not recognize it...

Hi all, new to GMRS as I switched from CB. Currently have a GMRS 9R and F8HP and will have much questions especially after I get my new Bronco and start thinking of a mobile solution.

Does anyone have a link to the Baofeng GMRS-9R manual. I have looked everywhere on google and found a lousy copy that is unreadable. I have the paper manual but my old eyes are having issues with the small print even with reading glasses0
