    So does that mean to set an offset or only set an offset if the gmrs info says to do so? A gmrs YouTube mentioned to set an offset of +5 for all gmrs frequencies of 400. I do not have any confirmation on that info yet.

    Hey there, noob here. When a repeater says it has an output tone 136.5 hz, would that be the hz I enter for the transmit or receive ctcs tone on my hand held?
