I have downloaded latest chirp-next software. when i go to find my radio under the tidradio manufacturer the H5 is not listed. Is the H3 is, is there a compatible radio like the beofang uv-5 that i can use?

I am new to gmrs and radios altogether. I purchased 2 tidradio h5's and am having trouble using the chirp software. Also is there a forum where i can help on setting up and using my radio's
