    I am new to GMRS / HAM and new to My GMRS and Texas GMRS. When looking at available repeaters, there is a "request access tab". Should we request access to any repeater we are trying to access? Or, are "open" repeaters available to subscribing members w/o request? Thanks Andy Heath WRZE366 / KJ5BEZ
