Solid logic OffRoaderX.... Took the antenna off, that solved the issue so it looks like the 935G is just being hyper-sensitive to incoming signals and doing it's job. Overall the radio has been amazing so will learn to deal with the random cachunks. Thanks for the help.

Quick question and thanks for any help. I have a KG935 G and when sitting on a channel (say GMRS 16 for instance), the radio will randomly receive a burst of signal but no one is there. I have tried to increase squelch to 9 but same result and also set to 1, again no change. I reset the radio to factory - still the same issue. Is there a setting to eliminate this, is this normal or am I'm missing or ? (my TID radios do not have this behavior)
