    I think I figured out the port stuff but it’s not reading the radio , it keeps saying check communications port settings

    Ugh ……… can’t get it to work . It says PL2303TA doesn’t support windows 11 or later

    I also am having issues with the cable . I have a programming cable from a TM-481A and from what I understand is the same cable for the 880. But I’m also told that I need a cable driver for it to work ? I am running a mini computer can’t seem to get the software to read my 880 . Any and all help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks guys I just ordered a TK-880 And the gentleman is gonna program my local repeater in for me , I probably payed a lil to much at 120 shipped . My I’m ok with my purchase . I will need help for future programming though

    Awesome set up !!!! I should have mentioned I’m not to tech savvy at all and I don’t have access to a computer unless I go to the library or over someone’s house that has one

    Want to put a gmrs radio in my semi and have been thinking of putting the midland mxt400 in it but I am open to any all other radio recommendations
