There's a good video on YouTube that shows you how to change the firmware to the uv13 pro it will reset the FM Radio Band but there's a way to toggle it back using the light gray key that part is undocumented I have one that I've converted to the uv13 pro that I use for ham radio and I have a second one that is also converted but only has gmrs frequencies in it one is dedicated for ham radio one is dedicated for gmrs they are both Great Radios that way I'm not in violation it's nice that I figured out the FM radio as well it's a useful feature
