    Trying to decide between Rocky Talkie Expedition and Wouxun KG-905g Plus. Ergonomics and power management contribute to the RT being the outdoor winner. Price, ability to program 2 repeaters on same frequency, bluetooth, are in favor of the Wouxun. Just trying to find out how much more likely the RT's System on Chip is to go deaf next to a National Lampoons X-mas light display.

    "Motorola XPR radios require taking a free class to get the entitlement for25kHz..." Is this to get access to programming software? Thanks. I'm recently GMRS licensed, but have a little amateur experience.
