Other than GMRS is there anything between 450 and 490 uhf to listen to?

I have the cable on order from bluemax49ers. Looks like it comes with the software. Ill probably have some questions when I get stumped on programming. I’m new to the radio world and GMRS seemed like a good place to start. Thanks for the advice everyone!
